Traditional arts and culture contribute to peace and stability, said Cambodia Minister of Culture and Fine Arts Phoeurng Sackona in a keynote address launching Vietnamese Cultural Week in Phnom Penh.

Arts and culture provide safe outlets for peaceful self-expression and socialization between the two nations youths and are among the most powerful tools to mitigate against conflict and bind nations together.
