On 5th Sep with jubilant, flock atmosphere of back-to-school day, all the schools in national scale simultaneously held the ceremony to start the new academic year to welcome semester of 2015 – 2016.
Compared with the previous years, this ceremony was simpler, tidier. Acquiring the guidelines from Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam on deploying the ceremony, Ministry of Education and Training issued official document to request related Departments, schools hold the ceremony in saving, compact way, especially avoid student practicing too many performance turns... Instead of those, all the school will choose the same moment to salute the flag and sing national anthem. The speech should be delivered promptly, significant to teacher and student.
In semester of 2015 – 2016, Elementary schools in the nation should continuously follow Circular 30 on regulation of evaluating elementary pupil. Based on that, elementary pupils should be tested, evaluated through comments instead of marking score, continue to integrate teaching curriculum of Vietnamese and English. Teachers are abandoned to give homework to pupils.
In the upcoming semester, based on general curriculum of Ministry, Department should actively build plan follow direct of develop student ability through applying knowledge into reality, concentrating to educate moral, life value, social skill and knowledge to students.
About national university entrance examination, Leader of The ministry affirmed, will review seriously from level of ministry to regions, universities about preparation, proctor, and announcement, to complete all the procedure of organization. Simultaneously, Ministry will consider adjusting timetable for the examination suitably from 2016 and the upcoming years.
In Ha Noi, according to Leaders of Department of Education and Training, Back – to – school ceremony of school will simultaneously occurred on this morning. The duration is about within 1 hour from 7:00 am to 8:30 am with topic “Day of bringing kids to school”.
