As Vietnam and Kazakhstan share a lot of similarities, the two countries may enhance cooperation and sharing experience in lawmaking, supervision and other issues of mutual interest.
Secretary of the Hanoi municipal Party Committee Hoang Trung Hai worked with K.B. Zhumasev, secretary of the Nur Otan Party Central Committee of Kazakhstan on November 21, who is on a working visit in Vietnam.
Hanoi’s Party chief said he believed that the visit would contribute significantly to the development of relations between the political parties of the two countries, while promoting cooperation between Hanoi and Astana.
Secretary Hoang Trung Hai praised the role of the Nur Otan Democratic People’s Party in the political and everyday life of Kazakh people. He said that in order to promote the long-standing relationship between Vietnam and Kazakhstan, Hanoi and Astana should step up the exchange of delegations in the coming time, thereby for both sides to gain experience in various fields.
Briefing the guests on the development of the Hanoi, Secretary Hoang Trung Hai said that Hanoi has been implementing a plan to build smart electronic urban administration. In recent years, the government of Hanoi has provided 29% of all public services online.
For his part, Secretary of the Nur Otan Party Central Committee K.B. Zhumasev expressed his joy when visit Hanoi – the city of peace. He said Vietnam is an important partner of Kazakhstan in the Southeast Asian region politically and economically.
Secretary K.B. Zhumasev affirmed that the 26-year diplomatic relation between Vietnam and Kazakhstan was an important foundation for bringing forward the cooperation between the two countries’ capitals. Besides issues related to economic and political issues, Secretary K.B. Zhumasev said that Vietnam and Kazakhstan should speed up the exchange of students in the future.
With potential strength in the field of digital technologies, Secretary K.B. Zhumasev affirmed that this is one of the prospects for cooperation between Vietnam- Kazakhstan in general and Hanoi - Astana in particular.
