For the first time, diners in Hanoi had the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious six-course menu prepared by Chef Stephan Zoisl of the award-winning "Chef's Table by Chef Stephan", Singapore.

The event was enthusiastically attended by a large number of guests, food connoisseurs, and aficionados of premium household products.

Chef Stephan's six-course menu provided a culinary experience like no other, harmoniously blending the exquisite flavors of the freshest ingredients with his culinary expertise.

The beautifully presented dishes reflected European culinary finesse, yet carried Chef Stephan's distinctive personal touch from his renowned Chef's Table by Stephan Zoisl in Singapore. Complemented by a carefully curated selection of premium Italian wines, each dish was elevated to new heights of taste and sophistication.

"The menu launched in Hanoi is completely new, prepared and presented entirely by WMF's high-end kitchens," he said.

"Premium dishes such as lobster and Wagyu beef are all prepared in the French style, but using Vietnamese ingredients such as coconut cream, lemongrass, chili, and ginger to bring the spice that the local palette is famous for," he added.

According to Stephan, in the world of fine dining, taste, and quality of food are no longer enough. The required factor is the "experience". What influences this factor is the environment and the table "tools", such as cutlery and glassware, which perfect the whole aspects of fine dining.

The products of WMF have been able to accommodate this important factor, bringing more variety of arrangements that can play this role effectively.

The WMF brand has been setting standards with its innovations for more than 170 years. It is also an important source of inspiration within the market. It is said that WMF products make cooking a pleasure.

From preparing ingredients with kitchen knives with precise cutting performance and cooking with innovative cookware to dining with stylish cutlery, carafes, and table accessories, WMF products make every cooking moment something special.
