THE HANOI TIMES — General Phan Van Giang, Vice Secretary of the Central Military Commission, and Minister of National Defense, attended a rehearsal for the military parade marking the 50th anniversary of the liberation of South Vietnam and national reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).
The training took place at the National Military Training Center 4 in My Duc District, Hanoi on March 25.
General Giang expressed his appreciation for the dedication and efforts of the officers and soldiers participating in the parade. He said many foreign military forces, who had once fought alongside Vietnam in the resistance war, also wish to join the event in celebration of the milestone with the Vietnam People’s Army.
