Delegation of Luang Prabang People’s Procuracy visiting Hanoi People’s Council
On September 20, Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People’s Council Phung Thi Hong Ha has a meeting with delegation of Luang Prabang’s (Laos) People’s Procuracy under the lead of Prosecutor General Bounleum Manivong.

The Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People’s Council Phung Thi Hong Ha expressed delight to welcome the delegation visiting and working with Hanoi People’s Council. Mrs. Ha said, these kind of activities to share working experiences between Hanoi and Luang Prabang province in recent years have opened cooperation opportunities between the two sides in fields of economic, education and agriculture, with a view to contribute to the effort of improvement and development of two sides. The Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People’s Council hoped two sides will continue promoting the good bilateral relationship, creating conditions to support each other, so that Hanoi and Luang Prabang can achieve their objectives and flourish. At the same time, the leader of Hanoi People’s Council said, Hanoi has been creating favorable conditions for cooperation activities between Hanoi and Luang Prabang.
On behalf of the delegation, the Prosecutor General Bounleum Manivong thanked for the support of Hanoi to Luang Prabang, especially with regard to the capital’s support in constructing the province’s National Academy of Politics. Listening to the brief report on experiences sharing between the delegation and Hanoi People’s Procuracy, Mr. Bounleum Manivong said the two side agreed on continuing cooperation, supporting staff training in consistent with the recent Memorandum of Understanding between the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam and Laos.
