The information was revealed by Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Hai Binh at an international press conference in Hanoi on June 5, briefing local and foreign reporters on the latest developments in the East Sea.
He said maintaining peace, stability and security, and maritime safety in the region is the interest and responsibility of all parties concerned in the region and beyond.

Concerns about increased tensions in the East Sea will be also tabled for discussion, he said.
