In an effort to realize instruction of the Secretary of Municipal Party Committee on managing non-public health and pharmacy practice in Ha Noi, the Municipal People’s Committee requires Department of Health, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Home Affairs, Ha Noi Police Department, People’s Committees of districts and towns to further implement Municipal People’s Committee Directive 10/CT-UBND dated May 2, 2013, and implement instruction of the Municipal Party Committee Secretary in Official Letter 699-CV/VPTU dated December 6, 2016 of the Party Committee Office, details as follows.

The Department of Health in coordination with relevant departments and agencies conducts examination and inspection, checks operation of non-public health and pharmacy facilities and handles violations strictly, hence ensuring safety of the people.
