The PM has released an instruction asking ministries, agencies and localities to urge enterprises to invest in agricultural and rural development.
The move aims to realize Decree 210/2013/ND-CP which was dated December 19, 2013 on incentive policies for enterprises investing in agriculture and rural areas and came into force on February 10, 2014.
Provincial and municipal People’s Committees are responsible for reviewing plans on poultry slaughtering, animal husbandry, development of key industrial plants, medicines, aquaculture, agro-forestry and fishery processing and storage sites. The task must be finalized prior to September 30, 2014.
