Representatives from hospitals, pharmaceutical and medical equipment firms, and health research and training establishments of the US joined their Vietnamese counterparts to offer an opportunity for participants to discuss cooperation in health care, scientific research, medical training and practice, military medical connections, health care equipment supply and international-standard hospital development.
US representatives said that Vietnam’s international integration efforts, especially in health care, have helped to strengthen medical connections between agencies and companies operating in the field from both sides.
