ICHO 2022 competition, hosted by China, took place from July 8 to 18 with the participation of more than 326 contestants from 84 countries and territories. The Vietnamese team competed online.
This is the third consecutive year that the competition is held online due to Covid-19. Vietnam's preparations for the competition met the requirements of the Organizing Committee of ICHO 2022 and the Vietnamese team is highly appreciated by the organizers, MoET said, adding that the result also shows the progress of the Chemistry Olympiad team.
“This is a positive and effective change in the training of experimental subjects in general and Chemistry in particular in recent years. The results of the practice and experiment tests have shown that Vietnam is catching up with advanced countries in the world,” said the ministry.
