To create striking changes and continue to receive the consent of organizations and citizens, it's neccessary to evaluate the results of 2014 and identify main tasks in 2015. Hanoi People's Committee asked all departments and lower-level committees to assess the results of "Year of urban oder and civilization - 2014". The city required all units to urgently implement and have report to Building Department.
