Exhibition “Second Floor Between Two Floors” to open in Hanoi

Taking place at the Fine Arts Exhibition House in Hanoi's downtown, “The Second Floor Between Two Floors” is an exhibition to summarize the process of practice, research and creation on multi-art materials.

An exhibition depicting Hanoian’s daily life by a group of eight young artists will be held at the Fine Arts Exhibition House, 16 Ngo Quyen, Hanoi, from March 29 to April 7.

Taking place at the Fine Arts Exhibition House in Hanoi's downtown, “The Second Floor Between Two Floors” is an exhibition to summarize the process of practice, research and creation on multi-art materials of eight artists who are Vu Tuan Vietnamese, Pham Khac Thang, Nguyen Anh Tuyet, Cao Van Thuc, Nguyen Hung Giang, Hoang Minh Trang x Do Tung, Le Duc Anh and Tran Minh Duc.

Focusing on portraying people and social problems related to the human life, these artists have raised their voices through artistic language, especially in the present time when Covid -19 is raging around the world, the gap between humans is becoming more and more pronounced.

The exhibition opens for free entrance. 

The opening ceremony of the exhibition will take place at 6 to 9pm on March 29.

Opening hours: from 8am to 8pm daily from March 29 to April 4.

The gentle laborers and the life around them are the theme that artist Cao Van Thuc pursues.

Hoang Minh Trang is a visual arts practitioner living and working in Hanoi. She began her artistic journey with photography in 2018, then experimented her creation through different materials like videos and installations.

This photo installation is part of the project "What Has Passed" by artist Hoang Minh Trang.
Le Duc Anh is a digital artist in Hanoi. The artistic styles that Anh is approaching currently are Swiss designing, retro futurism and futurism.
