Five-star hotels in Hanoi offer discounts for big holiday this month

Locals and visitors to Hanoi can enjoy a luxurious holiday in the heart of the city at affordable prices by taking advantage of exclusive offers at highly-rated lodgings.

THE HANOI TIMES — As an incentive to boost tourism during the National Reunification holiday to fall in late April, local luxury hotels are launching major room and dining promotion packages for luxury stays.

Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha and Novotel Suites Hanoi have introduced a new promotional package called the "Hanoi Harmony Package". The "Hanoi Staycation Package" includes: one night stay for two adults and two children under 16 years, complimentary extra bed, daily buffet breakfast, early check-in and late check-out (within two hours), and dinner at Food Exchange Restaurant for the family. Special rate: VND3.99 million (US$169) per package at Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha and VND3.39 million (US$144) at Novotel Suites Hanoi. This offer is available for bookings until December 31.

Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre invites guests on a culinary adventure into the world of chocolate, with seven dishes made with chocolate, including Beetroot Salmon with Mövenpick chocolate “72% cacao”; Tomato Tarte Tatin with “White Lemon” chocolate; Seabass & Green Tea with “Maple Walnut” chocolate, among others. Price starts from VND160,000 ($7) per dish. The “Chocolate on the Salty Side” dining experience is available until June 30.

Mövenpick Living West Hanoi offers 20% off room rates for stays of two nights or more, 15% off food and beverage (excluding alcoholic drinks), and complimentary hot chocolate and three chocolate truffles upon check-in. Offers are valid until May 3.

Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi offers the Enchanted Holiday package at VND7.8 million ($331) per stay. It includes a buffet breakfast for two, a hotel credit of VND1.2 million ($51) per room per night (applicable to hotel services, not redeemable for cash), early check-in from 12 AM and a complimentary visit to the "Historical Road and Metropole Bomb Shelter" with the hotel's historian, once a haven for guests including celebrities such as Jane Fonda and Joan Baez. Guests can also enjoy amenities such as the outdoor four-season swimming pool, serene green garden, and elegant French-style interiors. Offer valid for bookings and stays until September 30.

Pan Pacific Hanoi Hotel is also offering special room rates. Guests can enjoy a package of exclusive benefits including a 20% discount for GHA Discovery members (10% for non-members), a sweet welcome gift upon check-in, complimentary daily breakfast for up to two adults and two children under 12, a complimentary extra bed, free internet access and access to the 24-hour fitness centre and year-round swimming pool. Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before arrival. Enjoy the 'Dine 4 Pay 3' buffet offer at the hotel's Pacifica Restaurant, with prices starting from VND880,000 ($38) for adults and half price for children under 12.

Grand Vista Hanoi presents the "Holiday Bliss Package", valid until May 11, starting from VND2.8 million ($120). The package covers one night stay in a deluxe room for two adults and one child under six years old; breakfast; two complimentary western set meals (regular price: VND355,000 ($15) each) and one kids' set menu (regular price: VND199,000 ($8.5); two minibar drinks; access to the four-season indoor swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna; and 20% discount on food and beverage services.

InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 offers the "Family Moments of Joy" package for VND5.87 million ($250), which includes complimentary upgrade to a junior suite (subject to availability); breakfast buffet for two adults and two children under 12; two Bingsu desserts; 30% off food and beverages; early check-in and late check-out; extra bed; and access to the fitness and wellness center.

Lotte Hotel Hanoi gives guests up to a 40% discount on room rates during the holiday. Guests can experience "Hocance" - a new Korean staycation trend - right in Hanoi. This stylish getaway includes spa services, fine dining, and exciting entertainment. Special room rates start from VND2.89 million ($123) per night in a deluxe room for two adults. Offers are valid until May 4.

Until May 31, 2025, Oven D'or Restaurant at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel invites guests to enjoy its "Bring a Friend for Free" promotion. With a buy-one-get-one-free buffet offer (buy two, pay one), it's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a delightful culinary experience and is available for lunch from Monday to Thursday and dinner on Monday and Tuesday for groups of up to 20 people. Every Monday and Tuesday evening, guests can enhance their buffet experience with a premium dish, either a half portion of baked lobster with cheese or 100 grams of American Wagyu beef.

Fraser Suites Hanoi celebrates the holiday with exclusive discounts valid until May 5. Guests can enjoy 35% off luxury room rates and 20% off food and beverages.
