Through the process of surveying and collecting information, the leader of FLC Group proposed to study the Binh Chau-Ly Son Ecotourism Resort and Tourism Project and the urban center project city center in Quang Ngai province.
The investment objective is to construct a coastal recreation and entertainment complex to create a highlight of landscape architecture and tourism services for Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai province.
In the short term, FLC leaders have asked the province to deliver clean ground for investors to implement the first phase of the project and expect to start construction in the second quarter of 2018.
During the working session with FLC Group on March 8, Chairman of the Quang Ngai People's Committee Tran Ngoc Cang unified the policy of allocating 3,890 ha of Binh Phu, Binh Hai, and Binh Chau communes for FLC Group to study and deploy two phases of the resort project.
The Chairman also assigned Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board and the industrial zones directly to carry out the planning, tallying, compensation, and clearance works with the investors. The investors will start construction in the second quarter of 2018.
Also within the framework of the meeting, some other projects have been discussed by Quang Ngai province and FLC leaders, such as the 16ha twin towers in the city center or high-technology agriculture  projects.
