Hanoi`s leaders confirmed with Hungary`s Governmental representatives during the reception on October 27 that Hanoi - Budapest efforts to optimize cooperation opportunities.

At the meeting, Chief Political Advisor Tombor Baslint expreeses his impression on Hanoi's development and wishes to expand bilateral cooperation in various fields between the two deals. Mr. Tombor Baslint informed the Vice Chairman about the progress of a number of bilateral cooperation projects, asserted that Budapest's government will continue to facilitate the development of friendly relations between Hanoi and Budapest in general and between localities of the two cities in particular. At the same time, Tombor Baslint sent Budapest Mayor's invitations to Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung to pay a working visit to Budapest.
On behalf of Hanoi's leaders, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son welcomed the delegation's visit to Vietnam and Hanoi. The Vice Chairman emphasized that in recent years, both Hanoi and Budapest are constantly expanding cooperation and has achieved many positive results. Le Hong Son affirmed that the government and City leaders will help to create favorable conditions for the two sides to implement the cooperation contents; assign to the concerned departments and agencies to ensure coordinated and effective implementation progress.
