Under the decision, to 2020, the project will have the capacity of around 35,000 cubic meters per day night, and provide water to 215,000 people; from 2020 to 2030, it will provide around 52,800 cubic meters per day night to 245,000 residents. Total investment is estimated at VND 800 billion. The project will be implemented from 2017 to 2019; operation period will last 50 years, since decision on investment is issued.
The investor is in charge of performing the following tasks:
Using modern technologies, equipments and water pipes with life expectancy of 30-50 years, thus ensuring it's safe to drink water straightly from the tap and preventing negative effect on the environment;
Contacting with People’s Committee of Phu Xuyen and relevant units to receive documents and dossiers on underground works in the area; guiding the preparation of environmental impact assessment report according to regulation; cooperating with Phu Xuyen People’s Committee and relevant units to determine the scale, total investment and technical measures of the project;
Working with relevant bodies and sectors to receive guidance and implement procedures on land and environment protection; preparing proposal on water price, and submit it for further consideration according to regulation; fulfilling procedures, verifying project, approving and implementing them according to approved schedule and legal regulation; not to transferring the project to other units without approval of the Hanoi People’s Committee;
Taking liability before the law and city for the accuracy of papers attached with the proposal and capital for the project.
