Hanoi city seeks a combined 372.25 trillion VND for 43 projects

Hanoi People`s Committee recently announced the list of 43 projects that are being called for investors in the 2016-2020 period, phase 1, with the total cost of 372.25 trillion VND (16.6 billion USD).

Of the projects, the Hanoi city needs a combined 316.8 trillion VND for 10 projects to upgrade and build apartment buildings in Cau Giay, Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung and Hoang Mai districts.
Four condo projects in Dong Da district include Khuong Thuong covering 3.2 hectares and worth 6 trillion VND, Vinh Ho on 5.3 hectares at 11 trillion VND, Kim Lien on 41 hectares with 42.6 trillion VND and Trung Tu on 20 hectares with 32.4 trillion VND.
In addition, the capital is also calling for investors for three condo projects in Ba Dinh District, namely Ngoc Khanh on 24 hectares with 47 trillion VND, Giang Vo on 28 hectares with 30 trillion VND and Thanh Cong on 23 hectares with 44 trillion VND.

Besides, the other three housing projects are Quynh Mai on 17.4 hectares in Hai Ba Trung district estimated at 29 trillion VND, Tan Mai worth 32 trillion VND on 18.7 hectares in Hoang Mai district and Nghia Tan worth VND42.8 trillion on 32 hectares in Cau Giay district.
10 apartment buildings were constructed in 1980s and have been deteriorated.
The remaining 33 projects that Hanoi city is seeking investments in  the 2016-2020 period focused on various sectors, including eleven park projects worth 36.8 trillion VND. Of the total, a sport-entertainment-eco tourism project spanning on 707 hectares in Thanh Tri district is capitalized at 12 trillion VND.
Other big projects are Dong Mo tourism area worth 5 trillion VND on 264 hectares in Son Tay township, followed by a recreation park worth 4.8 trillion VND on 96 hectares in Ha Dong district and a theme park worth 4 trillion VND covering on 200 hectares in Gia Lam and Long Bien districts.

The city called for investors for three industrial park projects with the total investment of 4.4 trillion VND, including Dong Anh hi-tech industrial park with 4.4 trillion VND, Phu Tuc and Dai Thang industrial clusters worth 111 billion VND and 91 billion VND, respectively.
Hanoi city announced two projects in the agricultural sector to call for investment, including:  an orchid nursery-tourism area valued at 350 billion VND and a hi-tech farming area worth 150 billion VND in Soc Son district.
The capital is seeking investments for five parking lots worth 3 trillion VND, seven trade centers capitalized 9.45 trillion VND and five commercial-service projects valued at 1.1 trillion VND.
