Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Tran Sy Thanh stressed the view during a meeting with the President of Charmvit Corporation Lee Dae Bong on August 30.
At the meeting, Lee thanked the Hanoi authorities for supporting the Group's projects in the city.
He called for the city to address existing issues related to the racecourse project in Soc Son District.
According to Lee, this is a priority project for Charmvit in Hanoi, saying that once completed, it would contribute to the development of Hanoi’s infrastructure system, and ensure a steady source of revenue for the city.
Hanoi’s Chairman Tran Sy Thanh said the Government aims to create a fair business environment for foreign companies in Vietnam, especially those with large-scale projects.
“The city always listens to recommendations from foreign investors, including those from South Korea, to boost cooperation between the two sides,” Thanh added.
Thanh noted Hanoi would ensure consistent and effective working/financing mechanisms for the implementation of major projects in the city.
