Hanoi creates favourable conditions for businesses in industrial parks
Hanoi will soon address obstacles for businesses in industrial and processing parks, Hanoi Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai said at the working visit to Thang Long industrial park in the outlying district of Dong Anh on March 4.
Appreciating the operation achievements of the park, Secretary Hoang Trung Hai affirmed that Hanoi always creates favourable conditions for domestic and foreign investors in doing business in the city, especially in industrial and processing parks.
According to the municipal Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai, the implementation of good administrative reforms will create comfortable environment for investors. Besides, it is necessary to have a close coordination to facilitate for investors, avoiding inconveniences to production and business activities of enterprises, Hai added.
Earlier, visiting and presenting gifts to workers at Kim Chung housing project, the Secretary took note of their needs, including the construction of nurseries, financial aid for home purchase or rent, infrastructure upgrades, as well as security and safety.
He called for improving the well-being of workers in the city, ensuring labour safety, and implementing effectively the city's price stabilization programme.
Secretary Hai also required ministries and agencies to ensure wages and insurance for workers are in line with law in order to protect their legitimate rights and benefits.
The city's leader promised that any suggestion will be considered and submitted to the municipal Party Committee.
Hanoi’s leader asked the municipal Party Committee’s action plan on continuing to build a Vietnamese working class during the industrialisation and modernisation process is effectively executed, and also the resolution on strengthening Party and trade union building in non-State businesses - towards improving their working efficiency.
