In the last 10 years, Hanoi's teachers and administrators of education have made positive changes in awareness and actions of moral training, ethics, need, saving, integrity, being aware of the discipline, sense and responsibility of law enforcement and serving the people in teaching and learning activities, in the fight against school negativity and the performance of civic duty; awareness to overcome difficulties in studying and self-learning to standardize professional qualifications.
Tran Thi Thu Ha, Chairwoman of the Hanoi Education Union, said that from the campaign, many teachers have expressed their dedication to work, devotion to the profession, kindness and compassion. Love help students and colleagues to respect their social honors. These are typical teachers in the campaign of "Hanoi's teachers to help students with difficulties", the campaign has aroused the noble qualities inherent in staff teachers, staff in raising compassionate, helping to share, encouraging children in difficult circumstances, especially overcoming difficulties, rising up to become useful for society.
The movement of self-made teaching aids is regularly deployed in units and exhibitions at district and city level exams. At the exhibition and display of self-made teaching tools of the city in 2009, 2012, 2015, there were 15,108 product contest in the cluster and district; 1,026 products of the city level, 973 products won the city level. The products show enthusiasm, creativity, dedication to the sector of teachers and staff to improve the quality of the Capital's education.
The Chairwoman of the Hanoi Education Union said that in order to achieve these results, the authorities and trade unions from the grassroots closely cooperated to focus on the propaganda and education of the farmers. Teachers and staffs to raise awareness about the meaning and effect of the campaign and the emulation movement through various forms of diversification and efficiency.
