Under the Official Letter No. 4870/UBND-NC dated October 5, the Hanoi People’s Committee requests asset and income declaration in 2017.
The Hanoi People’s Committee requests departments, agencies, sectors, districts, towns, units and state-owned enterprises of Ha Noi to carry out asset and income declaration, and publicize the outcome according to legal regulation. The result must be reported by April 20, 2018.
The Department of Home Affairs is in charge of urging the process, summing up information and publicizing asset and income declarations of social organizations, social - career organizations, and organizations as well as bodies that use state budget and property according to regulation.
The Hanoi Inspectorate is responsible for guiding units to fulfill the asset and income declaration, summing up information, making draft report of the result, and submitting it to the Hanoi People’s Committee by May 10, 2018. The Inspectorate will also establish a mission to check implementation of legal regulations and direction of the Central Government as well as Hanoi, and report result to the Municipal People’s Committee.
