Hanoi FC defeats Nam Dinh by a three-goal margin to stay firm at the top spot of V-League 2022 table.
Hanoi Football Club on October 15 beat Nam Dinh Football Club by 5-2 in the 19th round to continue leading the V-League 2022 table.

This is also the highest scoring match so far this season and marks the 11th win for the Hanoi-based football team.
Hanoi FC was dominant from the first minute. The team quickly took the lead in 4th minute with a long-range attempt by Nguyen Hai Long, forcing Nam Dinh to move higher to seek equalizer.
In 20th minute, Nguyen Van Quyet made a float cross into the box from the freekick spot. Doan Van Hau jumped over others and headed the ball into the net to double the lead for Hanoi FC.
Hanoi scored the third goal in 35th minute from a corner kick when Bui Hoang Viet Anh took advantage as Nam Dinh players were caught half-asleep.
Hanoi FC scored the fourth and fifth goals in the 50th and 51st minute. The fifth goal recognized Hanoi as the highest-scoring team in the league.
Nam Dinh scored two consolation goals on 55th and 62nd minute as a 5-goal margin assured Hanoi’s win and the latter withdrew key players off the field.
Elsewhere, Hong Linh Ha Tinh FC and Da Nang, Sai Gon and Viettel, and Binh Duong and HCM City shared a draw.
Hai Phong and Song Lam Nghe An defeated Thanh Hoa and Hoang Anh Gia Lai by only one-goal margin.
After the last round, Hanoi retains the top spot on the table with 37 points, followed by Hai Phong and Viettel with 32 and 30 points.
Nam Dinh stood at the ninth while Sai Gon FC, HCM City FC and Hong Linh Ha Tinh bottomed the table.
In the 20th round, Hanoi will visit HCM City to face the HCM City FC on October 19.
