Dr Prem, a renowned travel and tourism guide website, has named Vietnam’s capital of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City among top 5 cities for a low budget vacation in 2015.
The website gave daily tentative spending estimates in terms of American dollar that would include expenditure on basic things like food, accommodation and transport.

According to Dr Prem, the estimated tourist budget for a day in the capital city would run into US$17.4.
Hotel prices remain fairly stable throughout the year without undergoing seasonal fluctuations.
Food is inexpensive with exquisite rice, and poultry, pork and seafood dishes. Beautiful rice fields and the distant mountain ranges add magic to the general landscape.
Ho Chi Minh City
The travel website noted that Ho Chi Minh City is slightly more expensive than Hanoi, making the daily tourist expense budget rise to US$17.79.
Food and drinks are good and cheap. Hotel prices in the bustling Pham Ngu Lao street are quite high, but other commodities are not so hard on visitors’ wallet.
Other countries in the list of top 5 are Kiev of Ukraine, Pokhara Valley of Nepal, and Goa of India.
