The Hanoi Youth Union - Hanoi Students’ Association has recently organized a start-up festival for student in 2017. The event is one of various movements of the Youth Union to respond to the Youth Month as well as support students with their startups.

The festival saw the participation of nearly 500 “Five good” students at central, municipal level and students involving in starting up, 30 outstanding startup enterprises having successes and 11 groups reaching the final round of the first competition “Start-up ideas for a small business”.
Speaking at the festival, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Youth Union, Chairman of Students’ Association Tran Tuan Anh expected that the startup program would introduce a high-quality human resource to enterprises, employers as well as combine creative ideas in student’s scientific researches with start-up projects.
On the framework of the festival. The Youth Union also organized the forum “Five-good students with startup and employer”. At the forum, speakers discussed issues relating to student, creativity, startup, especially options in the labor market with many fluctuations by the 4th industrial revolution.
The event also aims at creating favorable conditions for students to approach employers, startup businesses; being a bridge connecting enterprises with investors and highly qualified human resource from universities.
