In particular, the value of the initiatives is estimated at over VND3.5 trillion (US$143 million). Some initiatives by workers have brought benefits to enterprises ranging from VND3 billion (US$122,000) or more to over VND100 billion (US$4.08 million) per year.
As Hanoi moves toward a multi-centered, high-performance urban model, the city must tackle two urgent goals at once: easing chronic traffic congestion and creating a modern, green and intelligent transportation ecosystem.
