Hanoi invests 10.3 billion VND for project of clean water loss control
Hanoi People`s Committee has approved the project on capacity building and technology training to reduce clean water loss in the city funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Accordingly, the project, implemented by the Hanoi Water Ltd. Co., aims to improve loss management capacity and apply advanced technology to reduce loss of water through pipe leakage.
The project is intended to provide technical training for the company’s staff for better water loss control.
It has a total investment of 10.3 billion VND, or 463.131 USD, of which 8.9 billion VND provided by the JICA through its Partnership Programme and 1.6 billion VND from the Vietnamese side’s contribution to the project will be used in purchasing equipment for office and training
The project will be carried out from 2016-2018.
