Hai Phong ranked the second with 465 projects, worth about 11.3 billion USD of investment capital, accounting for 9% of total projects and 17% of the total capital.
Processing and manufacturing industry saw the largest foreign investments as it absorbed 33.5 billion USD from 2,559 FDI projects, accounting for 47% of the number of projects and 51% of the total capital.
Real estate trading sector ranked the second with 133 projects valued at 10.7 billion USD, accounting for 16.3% of total investment in the region.
