Under the plan, the city requested the popularization of implementing the two codes to be performed strictly, regularly and creatively in association with the working theme of 2018 “Year of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system” and the following years.
It is vital to propagandize the two codes’ contents to all local officials and residents, domestic and international visitors to Hanoi under diversified, attractive ways so as to fulfill the target of building a civilized, modern city as well as professional, modern administration.
Especially, it is necessary to clarify the significance, role and responsibility of every official, citizen in carrying out the two codes as well as cultural behavior in agencies, units and public areas.
Attention should be paid to introducing good traditions of the nation and Thang Long – Hanoi; combining the implementation of the movement “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style” with resolutions, directives, guidelines of the Party, policies, laws of the State on developing culture and building personality of the Vietnamese people in the period of speeding up industrialization, modernization and international integration.
Moreover, Hanoi will focus on launching movements, signing emulation commitments in well implementing the two codes throughout the capital city.
At the mean time encouraging local residents to bring into full play their supervision role for public duty performance of public servants; honoring and replicating outstanding organizations, individuals and good models.
