Hanoi People’s Committee has recently issued Official Letter 1883/UBND-TKBT, urging city’s departments, agencies, sectors, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns to report performance in April and key tasks in May of 2017.
As the standing agency of the Hanoi Steering Committee 197, the Police Department in coordination with Department of Transport and relevant units prepare report on result of handling violations in the fields of transport safety and order, urban order, management of pavements and streets, parking lots, unregistered and illegal buses, and self-made three-wheel motor vehicles in April. The report shall point out outcomes, shortcomings, problems and reasons.
As the standing agency responsible for checking, urging and guiding implementation of Plan 69/KH-UBND dated March 20, 2017 of Hanoi People’s Committee on tightening administrative discipline, improving work style and creating significant progress in performance of Hanoi cadres and civil servants, the Department of Home Affairs shall submit report on its performance in April.
