Hanoi People’s Committee has recently issued Official Letter 4633/VP-TKBT, urging city’s departments, agencies, sectors, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns to report performance in May and key tasks for June of 2017.

Accordingly, the People’s Committee requests the heads of city’s agencies, departments and sectors to report and assess performance in May, key tasks in June and the next months, in particular performance according to their functions and missions, result, shortcomings and problems, measures to handle them and proposal if any; review, sum up the information and report result after implementing missions and instruction given by the Government, Municipal Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee.
Moreover, the report shall focus on assessing performance in May as well as key missions in June and the next months of 2017, especially performance of the units according to their functions and missions, progress, shortcomings, problems, measures and suggestion if any; reviewing, summing up result after performing the tasks and realizing instructions of the Government, Hanoi Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee. The Authority of Plan and Investment shall submit report on socio-economic development of Hanoi in April and key tasks in May of 2017.
The Authority of Plan and Investment shall report social, economic status in May and key tasks in June. The Hanoi Police Department in coordination with the Department of Transport and relevant units prepare report on handing violations of traffic safety, urban and public order, unregistered and illegal buses and bus stations, and self-made three-wheel vehicles. The report will specify result, shortcomings and causes of the problems.
The Department of Home Affairs will check, urge and give instruction on implementation of Plan 69/KH-UBND dated March 20, 2017 of the Municipal People’s Committee on tightening control over administrative discipline and improving work style and creating significant progress in performance of Hanoi cadres and civil servants, the Department of Home Affairs shall submit report on its performance in May.
As the standing agency of the Hanoi Steering Committee 197, the Police Department in coordination with Department of Transport and relevant units prepare report on result of handling violations in the fields of transport safety and order, urban order, management of pavements and streets, parking lots, unregistered and illegal buses, and self-made three-wheel motor vehicles in April. The report shall point out outcomes, shortcomings, problems and reasons.
