Hanoi sets up 10 quick Covid-19 testing stations
Authorities in Dong Da district set up five quick coronavirus testing stations in Kim Lien ward.
The Hanoi city government on March 31 started operating one quick Covid-19 testing station in Dong Da district around Bach Mai Hospital, which is considered the largest Covid-19 hot spot in the city as well as in Vietnam.
At 7:30am on March 31, five quick Covid-19 testing tents began operations at Dong Da Secondary School, Kim Lien ward, Dong Da district. |
It was expected to conduct 500 tests on the morning of March 31. |
The tents, which measure 3x3 meters each and are equipped with wifi and testing equipment, are expected to improve early detection, and help specialized agencies quickly identify and isolate the patients. |
Hundreds of people in connection with Bach Mai Hospital visited the station for testing on the morning of March 31. |
Quick test kits made in South Korea will show results after 10 minutes blood samples are analyzed. |

Ten quick Covid-19 testing stations for mass testing in Dong Da and Hai Ba Trung districts are set up around Bach Mai Hospital. According to the Hanoi Centers for Disease Control, another five quick Covid-19 testing stations will be built in Tran Dai Nghia street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. Three people were found positive with the virus after quick tests. |
