This is the first time World Time has been introduced in Vietnam.
Hanoi's students won 22 prizes, including nine silver medals, eleven bronze medals and two merit awards, at the International Mathematics Talent Contest (World Time 2019) held in Thailand, local media reported.
This is the first time World Time has been introduced in Vietnam through a partnership between Thai Talent Training, an education group, and the GMaths Education JSC – the contest’s representative in Vietnam.

The first round of World Time 2019 with the participation of nearly 1,000 students in Hanoi was a success with 23 excellent contestants sorted out to attend the second round in Chiang Mai (Thailand) from August 16-20 with the participation of contestants from other countries.
Among Vietnamese students winning prizes, many came from Cau Giay high-quality secondary school, Thanh Xuan high-quality secondary school and Nguyen Truong To secondary school.
