Hanoi supports 10 billion VND for expansion of Quang Trung King Temple

Hanoi`s delegation led by former Chairman of the municipal People`s Committee Nguyen The Thao paid a working visit to the central province of Binh Dinh on January 5.

At the meeting, former Chairman Nguyen The Thao stressed that within the framework of the cooperative programme with other localities nationwide in developing the city, Hanoi always gets the top priority for supporting its small part in common development of the country.

With the socialised funds from benefactors and enterprises in the city, on the occasion, Hanoi decided to donate 10 billion VND for Binh Dinh province to implement the project of expanding Quang Trung King Temple. The donation is part of activities to gratefully commemorate the heroes of the nation.
During the meeting with leaders of the central province of Binh Dinh, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Van Suu said, Binh Dinh province has the fast development growth rate, with many large industrial parks and a lot of potentials and advantages in the future.
Hanoi wishes to learn and cooperate with the locality in variou fields, he stated, and adding that the city will encourage and create all favourable conditions in the policy mechanism and resources to attract more investment and consumption of products, goods from Binh Dinh's enterprises.
On behalf of the province's leaders, Mr.Nguyen Thanh Tung. Secretary of the province's Party Committee, People's Council President, Head of NA delegation thanked for Hanoi's recent attention and help in many aspects to Binh Dinh province.
Binh Dinh People's Council President Tung said that the province has been on track to innovate, facing many opportunities and much needed investment resources, as well as expanding cooperation with other localities to really develop its economy upward.
It is necessary to seek mechanisms and policies to cooperate between Binh Dinh province with the capital of Hanoi that is a large market and has a lot of big businesses, Tung added.
He thanked for the feelings and assistances of capital people in supporting the locality to build and expand Quang Trung King Temple, the most important historical address and a spiritual symbol of Binh Dinh heroic martial arts land.
