Hanoi to implement 26 key tasks for socio-economic development

Hanoi People’s Committee has recently issued Announcement 313/TB-UBND to state conclusion of Hanoi People’s Committee at the April conference and implement tasks for May as well as next months.



 
Thanks to drastic measures and instruction of city leaders, effort of agencies and sectors, and support of enterprises as well as people, Hanoi witnesses significant progress in the field of socio-economic development in April.

The city’s agencies, departments, People’s Committees of suburban districts, districts and towns strictly follow instruction of the Government, Municipal Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council on major missions and measures to realize socio-economic development plan and state budget plan in 2017.

Furthermore, Hanoi has been striving to improve instruction and operation, give detailed assignment, and specify responsible people, process as well as effectiveness. Aside from achievement, the city encounters several problems: state budget increases against the same period last year, yet cannot reach plan of 2017; progress of implementing key investment projects are slow; there are complicated signs in security and order.

In an effort to further enhance operation of society and economy, Hanoi People’s Committee asks directors and heads of city’s agencies, People’s Committees of districts and towns to take drastic measures, strictly follow instructions of the Government, Prime Minister, Municipal Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee, further promote the success, overcome difficulties, and take drastic and comprehensive measures to realize measures.

For the tasks in May and next months, Hanoi People’s Committee requests agencies, districts and towns to realize 26 key tasks.
