Hanoi to implement tasks for June and the coming months

Hanoi People’s Committee has recently issued Announcement 503/TB-UBND, stating conclusion of the People’s Committee at conference on performance in May, key tasks in June and the next months of 2017.



 
According to general assessment, in May, city’s departments, agencies and sectors strictly perform tasks according to instruction of the Government, Hanoi Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee. For the tasks which are not fulfilled on schedule, the Office of Hanoi People’s Committee urges implementation and sums up the situation. The city implements projects to create premise for further development according to the plan; however, several economic targets do not meet requirements. 

Therefore, authorities are requested to increase leadership and take drastic measures as follows: the Authority of Plan and Investment in cooperation with construction sector prepare draft report on socio-economic situation of the month, quarter and year, give assessment, sum up the result, problems, shortcomings and measures to handle them; the Office of Hanoi People’s Committee shall urge implementation of tasks given by the Government, People’s Committee and People’s Council, list the tasks fully, in particular the ones behind schedule, responsibility of staff and deadline; regularly urge the city’s departments, agencies, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns with e-mails.

In order to realize major tasks of June, Hanoi requests directors and heads of city’s departments, agencies and sectors to urge sub-ordinary units, review administrative procedures under their authority, striving to simplify them and reduce time to process the administrative procedures, sum up the information and send to the Department of Information and Communications for registration of level 3 and level 4 public services.

Furthermore, they shall review working plan of 2017, report process and result of implementation, prepare content for the third session of Hanoi People’s Council, proactively work with press agencies, and provide information to enhance popularization of city leaders’ instructions and results.
