The Hanoi People’s Committee has recently granted the Plan No. 94/KH-UBND, building and improving spiritual, cultural life of workers in the area.

In addition, Hanoi People’s Committee also outlines a series of specific contents in the plan, including: strengthening communication, popularization on official documents of the Government, programs of the Hanoi Party Committee, plans of the Municipal People’s Committee on building and developing the Capital’s cultural life; focusing on building, innovating mechanisms, policies, leadership methods, contents so as to improve the operation quality of trade unions; promoting the major role of members, workers in jointly building, improving their spiritual and cultural life; improving the efficiency of inspection, supervision on performing guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State relating to building, improving laborers’ spiritual and cultural life.
According to the plan, the capital city will also focus on completing cultural institutions, sports, entertainment parks, social welfare works; inspecting, evaluating, reviewing, making planning on building cultural institution system, entertainment revenues in industrial parks in the area; arranging lands, funds to invest in building cultural institutions, social welfare works, such as: schools, hospitals, entertainment revenues for workers in industrial parks in the capital city; setting up mechanisms, policies to call on socialization and attract investment in implementing decisions of the Prime Minister on building and improving spiritual and cultural life of workers, laborers in industrial parks; completing the planning on building cultural institutions, sports, entertainment parks, preschools, schools to serve workers, laborers in industrial zone in the area by 2018; establishing pilot models on organizing activities of culture, sports for workers in from 1-2 large industrial parks in the area; building and completing some cultural, sport institutions in industrial zones of Bac Thang Long, Noi Bai, Quang Minh, Phu Nghia.
Similarly, Hanoi will pay attention to developing movements of culture, art, sports and physical training; regularly holding music performance festivals, sports competitions for workers; developing the movement of building cultural families in workers; establishing enterprise culture environment, cultural lifestyle and industrial working style for workers; developing clubs which are suitable for demands, characteristics of workers; well organizing training courses to enrich political and professional knowledge, skills for workers; promoting the management of environment, land in industrial zones, land planning to build cultural works, houses for workers; building and innovating operation methods of trade unions, youth unions in industrial zones with numerous suitable activities; strengthening inspection on obeying laws in industrial zones of Party Committees, collectives; understanding workers’ thoughts, aspirations to timely solve concerned issues in the reality; honoring outstanding units and effective models.
