The city also needs to review and simplify administrative procedures and eliminate unnecessary and burdensome steps for citizens and businesses to effectively implement Project 06.
The Prime Minister added that Hanoi should continue to intensify the integration, sharing and utilization of digitized records and results of online administrative procedures through the National Public Service Portal.
Moreover, the city should focus on simplifying and restructuring administrative processes and procedures to increase both the quantity and quality of online public services for the people, according to the Prime Minister.
