Hanoi to regulate the use of Facebook, smart phones during school hours

Hanoi plans to make a small cabinet in each class for students to put their smart phones during school hours.

Deputy Director of Hanoi Education and Training Department Pham Xuan Tien said that the Department is drafting regulations on students' use of Facebook, cellphones, smart devices during school hours.
This rule comes from the fact that tablets, smart phones are very popular with students. In many cases, the use of the wrong purpose, affecting the quality of school hours, or posting the negative impact on friends, teachers.
"There are so many students in the classroom that they cannot control their use of the cellphones during school hours, so it is important to take measures to prevent students from using smart devices," Tien said. 
The Deputy Director of the Department of Education introduced the idea of ​​making a small cabinet in every classroom so early in the day the students would put their phones during school hours.
It is expected that at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year, Hanoi will implement regulations on the use of Facebook, smart devices during school hours.
