Accordingly, in order to realize Resolution 11-NQ/TU dated May 31, 2017 of Hanoi Party Committee on increasing environment protection in Hanoi to 2020 and the next years, Hanoi People’s Committee requests agencies, units, organizations and People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns to popularize Resolution 11/NQ/TU dated May 31, 2017 of Hanoi Party Committee; further improve people’s awareness and sense of responsibility for environment protection; proactively overcome problems in environment protection in agencies and sectors, hence performing tasks given by Hanoi Party Committee in the Resolution and creating significant change in environment protection.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment in coordination with Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Planning and Architecture, Authority of Plan and Investment, Department of Finance, Department of Health, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Transportation, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Information and Communications, Industrial and Export Processing Zone Management Board, Police Department and Hanoi Inspectorate to conduct research and specify targets, key missions and measures stipulated in the resolution, thus building the Municipal People’s Committee plan on realizing Hanoi Party Committee resolution on environment protection; the plan should be submitted to the People’s Committee for further consideration and issuance.
The Hanoi Radio and Television, Hanoimoi Newspaper, and Urban & Economic Newspaper conduct information work in practical ways, so that Hanoi's agencies and units at all levels have thorough understanding of the resolution. City’s agencies, units, organizations and People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns are requested to strictly perform aforementioned tasks.
