Hanoi Department of Health has recently issued a plan on inspecting public administration reform in 2018. The inspection period will start from July to December this year.
Under the plan, the Department of Health will focus on checking the development and issuance of written instructions, implementation of the administrative reform and result, as well as result of popularization and information work to improve the awareness of administrative reform in agencies and units.
It will also assess the role of leaders in performing the task of administrative reform, implementing regulation on reports and quality of the reports, performance when acting as advisor, and issuance of documents according to legal regulations and actual conditions of the units.
The Department of Health will check performance in raising the quality of health examination in health establishments of district level according to Plan No.69/KH-UBND on improving Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) of Hanoi in 2018.
Besides, the Department will further enhance the process of management in medical checkup and treatment as well as preventive health care; enhance the application of information technology in data management, thus simplifying and reducing administrative procedures.
In addition, the Department will check the implementation of documents guiding implementation of Law on Civil Servants; complete project on work positions in the agencies; assess the staffs and officials according to legal regulation in association with emulation, commendation, punishment and assignment.
