Currently, the supply of goods in Hanoi is abundant, and people should not stock up goods, causing instability in the market, according to the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade.
All districts have plans to mobilize 1,920 locations ready to be repurposed for storage and sales, and 236 vehicles ready to bring goods to the city when necessary.
