This is the second time that an Italian square is set up in Hanoi, under the framework of the Italian Cuisine Week.
On March 28, Hanoi Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung received Ms. Cecilia Piccioni - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Italy in Vietnam.
Along with the cultural values that are being preserved and promoted, Hanoi’s culinary culture is also an important factor that conquers international tourists because of its diversity, freshness and imbued national identity.
The highlight of the event was the launch of a duo of culinary creations “Toi da an ca canh dong hoa” (I ate the whole flower field) and “Nua vong Trai dat uong mot ly tra” (Going half a globe drinking a cup of tea) by writer Di Li.
