It was one of the contents of the meeting between Summerfield’s representative and leaders of Long An province. Happy Land complex is located in Ben Luc district, Long An province, and covers an area of 338ha.
The project will include an exhibition centre, a shopping centre, three- to five-star hotels, a waterpark, indoor and outdoor theatres, a cultural centre, and an art museum.
Tran Van Can, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, said that he hoped to find foreign investors in co-operation with domestic investors, to quickly put the project into operation.
Can also said that the province would create the most favourable conditions for domestic and foreign investors to successfully implement projects in the province.
Happy Land entertainment complex was introduced by Phu An Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC in 2011. The project was progressing slowly and its construction has remained stagnant until it launched the auto race track in April last year.
