Sheraton Saigon Hotel and the Indian consulate in HCM City will present an Indian Food Festival at the formers Sai Gon Cafe from March 13 to 15.
Chefs Jai Kishan and Jitender Himral from the Ashok Hotel in New Delhi will create buffet dinner menus featuring authentic Indian dishes.
There will also be a Kalbelia folk dance performance on March 13, while Indian artists will present mehndi art, putting henna on visitors' hands and feet, at the three-day event.
