Int'l artists to wow Hanoi audiences with big hits

Moments of Wonder brings together famous international artists from many continents creating exciting atmosphere in Hanoi in celebration of 80th anniversary of National Day.

THE HANOI TIMES — Moments of Wonder concert will take place at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), bringing together famous Vietnamese and international artists such as Soobin Hoang Son, Hoa Minzy, DJ Snake, J Balvin, The Kid LAROI, and DPR IAN.

This is a special event in the series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, while affirming Vietnam's position as the leading festival and entertainment destination in the region.

French-Algerian hit maker DJ Snake will take on the role of the main artist of the music festival. Known for his captivating performance style and explosive sets, combining trap, dubstep and contemporary electronica, DJ Snake has established himself globally through a series of hits such as Turn Down for What, Lean on and Taki Taki, as well as collaborations with top names such as Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Cardi B and Lil Jon.

Meanwhile, J Balvin – a six-time Grammy nominee and five-time Latin Grammy winner will perform in Vietnam for the first time. Known as a musical icon who breaks cultural boundaries, J Balvin is among the top 10 most-streamed artists in the world.

The “King of Reggaeton” is also one of the best-selling Latin artists of all time, with more than 35 million records sold worldwide. In July 2025, he broke his record by becoming the artist with the most number-one songs on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart.

Promising to set the music festival stage on fire is The Kid LAROI. At 21 years old, the Australian singer has already achieved a series of impressive achievements, especially the hit Stay in collaboration with Justin Bieber, which held the No. 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100 for 6 consecutive weeks and was in the Top 10 for a total of 17 weeks. With his distinctive voice, catchy melodies, and a spirit of constantly breaking boundaries, The Kid LAROI represents a generation of talented and ambitious young artists.

DPR IAN will represent Asian artists to bring a unique musical color, blending rock, jazz, techno and alternative. His hits, such as Don’t go insane, So Beautiful, Ballroom Extravaganza, Scaredy Cat… continuously stir music platforms. With his attractive appearance and enchanting performance style, DPR IAN promises to bring unlimited moments of sublimation.

Joining the international stars are the top names of V-pop: Soobin Hoang Son - possessing skillful vocal techniques, captivating performance ability, top-notch musical thinking and talent in playing many musical instruments, while Hoa Minzy is a testament to the journey of self-renewal, conquering the audience with her powerful, emotional voice and passion for honoring national culture through music.

International art event Moments of Wonder will open up a journey to connect the community through music and creative inspiration. The program also organizes the contest "Your moment of wonder" to find real-life moments rich in emotions and inspiration to honor right on the stage of the grand concert. In addition, the Wonder Sound Lab will be an "open studio" for the audience to freely turn everyday sounds into music with their own personal touch, like real producers.
