JW Marriott Hanoi wins Asia-Pacific Property Award

JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel has received top honors for excellence in the Asia-Pacific Property Award Winners 2014-2015, the world’s most prestigious real estate industry accolades.

The five-star hotel was selected overall best in the Asia-Pacific region for new hotel construction and design, voted on by 70 of the world’s leading experts.

Located in Hanoi’s new central business district and adjacent to the National Convention Centre, the hotel's impressive structure was inspired by the country’s magnificent coastline and evokes characteristics of a dragon – a modern interpretation of a symbol from Vietnam's past.

JW Marriott Hanoi hotel was inaugurated in the third quarter of 2013. It has total investment capital of US$250 million.

It is designed with nine storeys and 450 rooms and is one of the largest hotels in the capital city, covering 75,000 square metres.

The hotel offers 2,400 square meters for workshop space, including two Ballrooms, a studio area for senior events and major forums, as well as space to organize outdoor events with a chain of Europe-Asia restaurants, healthcare area and facilities meeting five-star standards.
