The Department of Art, Photography and Exhibitions under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on August 14 launched a photo competition and an exhibition to discover the beuty of Vietnam.
Both local and foreign photographers are eligible to enter and each can submit a maximum of five single photos that have never been exhibited or won any national-level competition run by the ministry.
Entry registration is open from August 14 to October 30 at the link khamphavietnamphoto.vn, where other information about the contest can also be introduced.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vuong Duy Bien said the contest aims to encourage creativity in capturing popular destinations from four major categories: sea and islands, cultural heritage, eco-tourism and city tours.
