Many highlights in Hanoi - Moscow relationship

On December 20, Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee Dao Duc Toan hosted a reception for Duma Moscow delegation, that are visiting and working in Hanoi.

Deputy Party Secretary expressed his pleasure to welcome the delegation from Moscow in the meaningful day when Vietnam and Hanoi has just celebrated the 70th anniversary of national resistance and marking the moment of 30-year renovation work.

Mr. Dao Duc Toan shared that the process of 70 years in response to the call of joining the national resistance and the 30-year period of innovation has brought great achievements and it was in the most difficult time, Vietnam always received the share of the Russian Federation.

In particular, in the process of implementing the renewal process, the relationship between the two countries has been growing. Deputy Party Secretary also emphasized that in the spirit of strategic partnership between the two countries, Hanoi and Moscow also have close relations on many fronts and scored many imprints in the fields of culture, politics and economy.

On behalf of the Moscow Duma delegation, Mr. Andrey Evgenevich Klychkov cherished the relationship between the bodies of the Russian Federation and the Hanoi People's Council. Mr. Klychkov  Andrey Evgenevich said that Hanoi has flourished, thanks to the leadership of the head of the city. He hoped that the friendship between the two cities will increasingly intimate, closer in the future.

On the occasion of the Russian Communist Party and Russian leaders to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Russian Revolution in October next year, Mr. Klychkov Andrey Evgenevich has invited Hanoi city leaders to attend the ceremony.

Deputy Party Secretary shared that the event of Russian October Revolution is not only meaningful with Russia, but also has spillover effects around the world. The triumpth of Russian October Revolution and the victory over fascism is a prerequisite for the independence of Vietnam.

Mr. Dao Duc Toan thanked for the invitation of the Communist Party leadership of the Russian Federation and said he would arrange to attend. In the near future, Deputy Party Secretary also wishes to welcome the Russian delegation to visit enterprises and seek business opportunities in Hanoi.
