Ngoc Anh from the north-central province of Thanh Hoa was crowned the 3rd Miss Ethnic Vietnam at a Pageant in Hoi An City, Quang Nam province in June 2013. She is currently a third-year student, and is enthusiastically taking part in charitable activities.
Her black long hair and Eastern Asian beauty compliment the Ao Dai (Vietnamese women's traditional long dress) perfectly.
